Our Story
Flylance began when co-founders Anthony “Tony” Custable and Jackson “Jax” Blankenship teamed up to combine strategic product design with high-performance, secure engineering. Tony has delivered mission-critical UX and product work for organizations ranging from the U.S. Air Force and Department of Defense to enterprise platforms and fast-growing startups, while Jax is a hands-on full-stack architect with deep fintech experience building real-time, data-intensive systems where reliability and speed are non-negotiable.
To accelerate growth and scale Flylance into a long-term delivery partner, Tony and Jax brought in Hudson Phillips to run the company as President. Hudson brings over a decade in technology, including leading engineering teams at Palantir and helping drive the growth of unicorn companies like Own and Knotel, expertise that has helped Flylance deliver 80+ deployments in just the past few years. Together, we're built on excellence, velocity, and integrity.
